We will hold Fall Welcome 2024 as below.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the Internet with Webex.（The URL for the Internet streaming has been informed to new students.）
If there are changes to the ceremony content, we will inform you on the NAIST website so please stay updated.

Date and Time:  Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 11:00 - 11:30
Place:  Millennium Hall

* Photographs / videos will be taken on the day.
* Photographs / videos will generally be taken from a distance or from behind, but depending on the content, individuals may be captured in a way that allows them to be identified.
* Please note that photographs / videos taken may be posted on the day's internet distribution, in advertisements, on the university's website, etc.

To New Students:

• Please come to the Millennium Hall by 10:45am to attend the ceremony.
• Families and friends are welcome to attend.

※Orientation for new students will be carried out on the following schedule, please be sure to attend.
