On Thursday, January 30, a debriefing session for the 2024 overseas SD (staff development) training program was held, with 28 attendees who listened to the participants' experiences.

 The Overseas Staff Development Training Program was established in 2007 to organizationally promote globalization of graduate school education. Both administrative and technical staff are offered the opportunity to experience overseas universities in order to develop knowledge and expertise in international education activities and improve general planning skills.

 This year, a staff member was dispatched to the Hawaii Tokai International College (USA) from December 2 to December 14, 2024. In this training, participant took a practical English training program as well as interview with staff members in HTIC and the universities near HTIC based on their own research theme.

 At the debriefing session, a work given in the English class was shared, and also his learnings from the interviews based on his research themes about Accounting system were introduced.

 We will continue our efforts to develop human resources who can work globally through practical training.
